Since many of our favorite recipes have Tofu as a main ingredients and tofu is made out of soya and I can't eat anything which is soy base.
So we had to research for a tasty protein alternative. Burmese tofu made from chickpea flour.
We found a really easy recipe which I will share here, this tastes better than tofu and makes the dishes very tasty. This also freezes well. We made one of our favorite dishes (hubby recipe) and the whole family liked it better with the Burmese Tofu verse the regular tofu.
