So we are ready to embark on this new journey of gluten, dairy and soy free meals along with the Low-fodmap foods list. This past weekend we clear everything out of our pantry, fridge and freezer. Donated all the food to our local Meal exchange group.
Husband has been doing a lot research where to find me delicious breads that gluten free and soy free soya. New groceries have arrived, time to add them to the cupboards. Will keep you posted.
