Happy Wednesday everyone. So since I have been on this new restricted low fodmap foods trying to find gluten, dairy and soy free products not always easy. When you do find them you have to try a few to find out which one tastes close to regular items.
So I think we have now settle on the burgers that taste really good. The Blue Menu Sirloin burger taste really good and they are Gluten Free for those of you who are vegetarian or mostly vegetarian like my husband the PC thick & Juicy Portabella Swiss burger are delicious.
Also after trying different brands and type of gluten free burgers, we found our favorite so far Udi's Classic Hamburger Buns. They are gluten, dairy soy and nuts free. Hope this helps on your search for gluten free products.
